How to Eat the fruit in Various Ways

There are many ways in eating or preparing a dragon fruit and the most recommended way to prepare the dragon fruit is letting it cool in a refrigerator before consuming it. Others prefer spooning it by cutting it in half then eat the flesh part and leave the peel, like the way avocado is also eaten but that doesn't matter as long as you are satisfied with its taste and the benefits that you would get from eating a dragon fruit. Many choose to use spoon in eating a dragon fruit simply because it is more neat and prevents staining the hands or clothes.
If you don't mind the mess or want to enjoy eating a fruit bare handed as most of the fruits are consumed, then slice the dragon fruit like a watermelon and peel of the skin and take a bite. It isn't really juicy like the watermelon but small amount of juice comes out and it might stain your clothes if not careful and it is hard to wash the stained cloth.
It is really simple and easy preparing a dragon fruit, others also prefer it mixing with other fruit and turning them into fruit salads which is really better because it enhances their flavors as well as making a healthy diet. I have tried mixing dragon fruit with apple, banana, strawberry, papaya, pineapple, and palm fruit then I added some all purpose cream and condensed milk then voila it tastes so good. You can also improvise as to how you would eat and prepare this wonderful fruit.
